1. Use License. If you are a current client of Radiant Systems, Inc. (“Radiant Systems”), and as such are a party to a valid agreement with Radiant Systems (the “Agreement”), your use of this web site is governed by the Agreement.  If there is any conflict between the terms of the Agreement and these Terms of Use, the terms of the Agreement shall govern.  Radiant Systems may grant you limited permission to view this web site for your own, personal use, provided that you agree to and accept without modification the notices, terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any products or services from this web site, except as provided in the Agreement.
