5K race and fun run/walk benefitting Young Texans Against Cancer to be held at Lake Carolyn on April 17

DALLAS (March 25, 2010) — Radiant Charity Corporation, the nonprofit organization supported by Radiant Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: RADS), is pleased to announce that the second annual Dallas Sprint for Cancer 5K road race and fun run/walk will be held at Lake Carolyn in Las Colinas on Saturday,  April 17 at 8 a.m. During the seven year history of Sprint for Cancer, Radiant Charity Corporation has donated more than $500,000 to cancer-related organizations, with proceeds from the Dallas race benefitting Young Texans Against Cancer.

Radiant Systems’ Sprint for Cancer is orchestrated by a combination of Dallas-based Radiant employees and community volunteers. Last year, more than 300 runners and volunteers participated in the event, where families and friends turned out to show their support of Young Texans Against Cancer. This year’s event will be complete with a variety of activities and entertainment that the whole family can enjoy. In addition to raising funds through sponsorships and registration fees, race participants can also receive donations online through Sprint for Cancer’s Firstgiving Web site.

“We are excited that Sprint for Cancer continues to grow each year and that we have been able to continue raising funds that support Young Texans Against Cancer, which is an amazing organization that helps increase cancer awareness amongst young professionals in Texas,” said Paul Langenbahn, Radiant Systems’ executive sponsor for Sprint for Cancer’s Dallas race and a member of Young Texans Against Cancer. “Sprint for Cancer is a prime example of Radiant getting deeply involved in the communities in which we work and live, and we look forward to another successful race this year.”
